Girls Tag Rugby Festival
Years 6 Girls Rugby Festival
15th October 2019
33 Girls from Year 6 participated in the Girls Rugby Festival at Cheshunt Rugby Club. It was a great opportunity for the girls to play fun, competitive games against other schools.
All 4 teams came on leaps and bounds as the afternoon progressed. The girl’s skills developed rapidly throughout the games as they played 12 short matches in a row. By the end of the festival, all of the girls had learned much more about the game, improving individually and as a team.
It was a great experience, one which I am sure the girls have benefited greatly from. Hopefully they will all continue to enjoy the game of tag rugby.
