Mindfulness for Mental Health Week

As it is World Mental Health Week, we thought we would end the week with some relaxing and mindfulness activities.

 

  1. Read through the powerpoint first
  2. Then complete the breathing exercises using the breathing and meditating worksheet
  3. Use the thought clouds sheet if needed, or you can just write your thoughts down on any piece of paper/post-it note.
