Bring-a-Dish/ International Fashion Show

Our Spring term had an exciting start with “International Week”. Each year group investigated a different continent researching topics such as population, language, sport, food and dress. We also compared the countries we chose with the UK and looked at how one country can vary in different areas.

A fashion show, where children took to the catwalk showing the rest of the school their traditional costumes, was enjoyed by all. Parents visited classes to share the week’s learning and then the whole school community joined together for Bring-a-Dish where we all shared a wide variety of world foods.
