Payments/Consents

Brookland Junior School is a cashless school. We use an online payment system called ‘School Gateway’.

This means that you are able to make online payments for dinners, clubs, and trips etc. and give consent for school activities via the School Gateway smartphone app or website. You can also view what school meals your child has had, their meal balance and top it up at any time. The majority of schools in Hertfordshire use School Gateway. If you have a child in another school that already uses School Gateway, e.g. Brookland Infant School, then your accounts will automatically be linked.

Download the app: If you have a smartphone, please download School Gateway from your app store (Android and iPhone). The app shows the same information as the website

click on ‘New User’.

Enter your Email address and Mobile Number linked with the School.

You will receive a text message with a PIN number. Use this PIN to login to School Gateway.

Can’t activate your account?  If you are having trouble logging in, it may be because we do not have your current email and mobile number on record. Please contact the school office and we will update the details on our system.
