Willow

We are really proud of the start Willow class have made in Autumn 1. They have been fully engaged in all areas: their English texts (The Wisp and Planetarium), scientific learning about Evolution, discovering rivers in Geography and understanding the teaching of the 'wheel' in Buddhism and have challenged themselves with their place value and four operation understanding across their maths lessons. We have enjoyed various sports opportunities including mini marathon running at Haileybury Turnford, a dance workshop delivered by Darren and a visit from Steve Frew (Commonwealth Gold medal winner on the men's rings at the 2002 games.) Please enjoy a selection of images below and look out for more news as we begin Autumn 2.
